My MEJO 332 PR Writing course was part of the APPLES Service-Learning Program. We worked in teams with a client organization to produce communication pieces and get experience in client relations in the pre-professional realm. My group worked with Keep Durham Beautiful, a nonprofit environmental group from Durham, North Carolina, to produce media kit pieces to use for their upcoming campaigns.
